T&S Block Alerts - Customize Per Market

As-is in the Time&Sales window, the Block Alert Trade Size and associated Block Alert Sound is not specific to any market, but rather is one size fits all markets. This is a problem when switching between small/slow and large/fast markets, especially when the Block Alert Sound is enabled. One Block Alert Trade Size does not fit all markets. A better solution is to provide a T&S properties sub-menu to enable setting Block Alert Trade Size per market. With per-market customization, the list of markets and associated Block Alert Trade Size values could be set to CL-20, ES-50, RTY-15, YM-10, etc., and not just one single value for all. This would make T&S block alerts much more usable.
