I would recommend checking your forum profile settings by visiting the very top of any forum page > clicking on your forum username > User Settings > Notifications. Make sure that everything is configured as you desire.

I'm pretty sure there's a NinjaTrader version and I think I had one at one time or another, but it isn't loaded in the current platform.

The name of it would help if you know it as I have some collections of NinjaTrader indicators and might find it in one of them.
