What does 'rules of the rollover' mean? Are you asking if you can define your own custom merge policy? If so, this is not possible.

If you'd like to learn more about how to adjust the offset or rollover date, I'll need to know what version of NinjaTrader you're using.

You can edit the rollover date itself, but there are no other 'rules' you can edit. You have three options in merge policy to select from. The rollover and offset settings will behave in one of those three ways depending on how you've set your merge policy.
