From the 2nd example:

• The grammar is so mangled that even though I think that I know what the sentence means, that is only because I already know what it is supposed to mean.
• "it's"? That must be "its".

// This is required since our Pivots indicator below is created in State.DataLoaded and it depends on its AddDataSeries call.

To what does "its" refer? There are three possible nouns: the current indicator, the State.DataLoaded statement block, or the Pivots indicator. Again, I already understand the construct, so I know what it is supposed to mean. What about someone who does not already know that?

I am not quibbling here. Mangled documention is worse than none at all.
