TP and SL lines not showing

Hi,

I am using simulation for web.ninatrader.com. On a MES chart, I set up an ATM and named it MES:



I loaded the ATM (see blue box) and clicked Buy Mkt. Only the entry line showed but not the TP and SL:



Please advise how can I get the TP and SL lines to show.

The forum is not a good place to look into order questions since this is publicly facing and we cannot ask for your unique account information to look things up on the backend.

When I tested this on my platform, it worked as expected.

• If you haven't already, refresh the web page and test if placing the order with the ATM Strategy attached is working now.
• If not, did you see any error messages? If yes, what did they say?
• Also, check the Messages on the right-side and make sure there are no messages that would explain why this is happening:

If the ATM Strategy Targets are still not appearing after placing the order, then please send an email to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com

• Put the Subject as "Clayton ATTN 06007170"
• In the body:
  • Include the Username you are using to sign into the Web Platform
  • Verify the Account Name/Number that is being used
  • You could also take a short video of you testing an order using the Windows Snipping Tool and include that in your email

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share an update after our findings in a direct email with the user in case anyone else comes across this forum post:

This is most likely the result of having the "Current Position" and "Show Orders" settings disabled.

To resolve, go to your chart settings and make the changes as shown in my picture below:

From here, when you place an order, the Entry Order and Profit and Stop Loss targets should appear again.
