My Rythmic account wont connect

My rhythmic only turns yellow when I try to connect. I was working fine last week but when I tried to connect yesterday and today, it wont. Can you help?

Thank you for the message.

This can mean that you do not have Plug-in mode turned on for both platforms.

Please use the steps below to turn Plugin Mode ON for both platforms, restart, and then try connecting again.

1. Close both platforms
2. Open R|Trader Pro. DO NOT LOGIN YET
   • Make sure the "Market Data" section is ON
   • Click Plugin Mode to also turn it ON
3. Now, click to open R|Trader pro and wait for it to open.
4. Open NinjaTrader and sign in
   1. Go to the Connections Menu > configure
   2. Click your Evaluation connection
   3. Check the box next to "Plug-in mode for market data"
   4. Click OK
5. Now, you MUST restart NinjaTrader. DO NOT try connecting until after you have restarted NinjaTrader or it won't work.
6. Finally, sign back into NinjaTrader and try connecting to the evaluation account again.

If you are still unable to connect, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
  • Send the email
