Import Historical Data Unhandled exception

NT Version: 8.1.3.1 64-bit

When NT is open and I try to go to Tools > Import > Historical Data, I get this error "Unhandled exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation".
If I then close NT and re-open it, I don't get the error when I retry.
