"This account is only allowed to liquidate open positions"

Hello

I've withdrawn all the funds of my live account 2 months ago but decided to put some funds back in my account to trade. The problem is that I can't place orders, I get an error saying that my account is only allowed to liquidate open positions.

Need some help on this.
