    a bunch of different problems

    Hey everyone,
    so i recently bought a prop account with a connection to NT.
    First of all i did a step with entering a license key and after that downloaded latest version. But my NT almost immediately started to showing some error which i figured due to my Windows firewall access restrictions (work computer)
    AFter that I tried to go on web version. I started procedure of creation of account (which is under review now), then in the settings i've added license key and still nothing had happened, only demo account is possible to trade.
    I have a feeling that i\ve messed up a few times(( what should i do please?


    upd- I was able to download NT on personal computer, should i try to log in under my account that is under a review? really don't know what to do
    first time dealing with NT

    UPDATE - ok i watched some videos on how to connect ritmic acc to NT, now the problem is that in desktop version (after connecting to ritmic) , in connections drop down list - theres no other then "playback" and "simulation" connection. How to add needed connection?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In the latest version of NinjaTrader, to set up multiple connections, you would need to enable "Multi Provider Mode" and then configure the connection.

    Once the platform is open, go to "Tools" -> Options -> and make sure that the "Multi Providers" option is enabled.

    Then you can go to Connections -> configure, and add the Rithmic connection for your evaluation account.

    You may then follow this Rithmic Evaluation Service Connection Guide for setting up your account in the Control Center > Connections > configure window. If you do not see the configure button in the Connections dropdown, enable the "Multi-provider" setting from the Tools > Options window.

    A couple of things to be aware of while creating this connection.
    • Choose your provider's System if it is listed in the dropdown. If you do not see your specific provider, select the 'Rithmic' System for live trading accounts, or 'Rithmic Paper Trading' for demo/evaluation accounts.
    • If you are connecting to your account on NinjaTrader only, do not enable "Plug-in Mode".
    • If you are bridging your connection, connect on R Trader Pro first with "Allow Plugins" enabled, and then connect on NinjaTrader with "Plug-in Mode" activated.
