Community Indicators Issue?

When I open community indicators today it is blank. Issue on my end or yours?

Thank you for the message.

I just tested the Community Indicators within my Web Platform and they were loading in as expected as shown below. So, this is most likely on your end as we haven't received any widespread reports of an outage either.

• 

Please try the following steps to make them load in again:

• Refresh the Browser window
• Sign out and back in and check
• Synchronize the PC Clock, restart and test again - Click here for publicly available results on how to synchronize your PC time clock
• Clear the Cache and Cookies for the Web Platform (If you do this to all of the Cache and Cookies, it will sign you out of all the "Saved" websites and you will have to sign back in again)
• Open an "Incognito" web browser window, sign in, and test if the community indicators load
• Open a different Web browser and test if the community indicators load
• If you have a mobile hotspot, disconnect your PC from the local WiFi and connect to the Hotspot instead. Then sign back in and test if the community indicators load.
• If they are still not loading in, do you have another PC or device you could sign into the web platform with and test if the behavior continues?

• Include the URL to this forum thread in the body.
• Take a screenshot of the Community Indicators window and include that in the response
• Finally, include the username you are using to sign into the Web Platform in the first place
