Daily Loss Limit and Flatten Today functions

Hello, my question is
If you set the daily loss limit though the online protal, will the trade get liquadated at the daily limit if ninjatrader desktop app is not online?

If you set the flatten today time on the app, will the trade get liquadated at the specifies time if ninjatrader desktop app offline and the phone app is closed?

Yes, using the Risk settings -> Daily Loss Limit from the online Account Dashboard will still activate even if you are not using the desktop platform or web/mobile app.

When your Daily Loss reaches the amount you selected, all of your working orders will be canceled and your positions will be liquidated. Your account will be unable to place trades for the remainder of the day's trading session (through 3:45 PM CT) unless this value is increased or disabled.

Flatten Today Time Set on the Desktop App (NinjaTrader Desktop Offline): If you set the "Flatten Today" time on the NinjaTrader desktop app, trades will not be automatically liquidated at that time if the app is offline and the phone app is also closed. The "Flatten Today" feature is controlled locally on the NinjaTrader platform and requires the app to be running and online for the flatten command to be executed. Without the app being active, the trades would remain open until manually managed by another active platform or by the brokerage if they have a default risk management policy in place.
