bid and ask prices are frozen in only 1 chart

    Hello,
I have 5 charts with different instruments set up identically on the web app. One (MES) has recently (last several days) frozen the bid/ask price -- the bars change appropriately, but the bid and ask display doesn't, and my position p/l does not display correctly. I deleted the chart and re-created it, but it is the same. Ideas?

    Hello SherwoodJP,

    Thank you for the message.

Please perform the following test if the behavior continues on a chart set to the same Instrument but without any Templates, 3rd party add-ons, or indicators applied to it:
    • Go to the Control Center > New > Chart
    • Select the MES 09-24
    • Make it a 1-minute chart
    • Set the 'Days to load' to 5
    • Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
    • Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
    • Click OK to make the chart
      • Does this chart load in as expected?
      • Is this chart moving?
      • If you open the Chart Trader panel, are the Ask and Bid values moving or are they frozen?
        • If everything is working as expected in this Test Chart, how is it different from the one that is freezing?
        • Are there any specific indicators or settings being used by that chart?

If the ask and bid values are still not updating on the Test Chart, please take a screenshot of the entire chart and include it in your response. You could also take some additional screenshots of the whole screen and other windows to give us a full picture of what is happening.
    • If you are unsure of how to take a screenshot, I recommend using the Windows Snipping tool.
      • Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
      • Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
      • Click File > Save As > Save the screenshot where you can find it

Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.
