GC 08-24 price not updating

Hi,

Today at around 10:50 eastern time GC 08-24 price stopped updating. I've got a subscription for the instrument. NQ and CL are updating but not GC.
I've tried to change instrument hours to Nymes Metals-Energy ETH but still not working. Please advise.

Thank you for informing us.

Rest assured you are not the only one experiencing this issue.

There is currently a widespread issue affecting standard COMEX instruments like GC and other metals on our "NinjaTrader" connection.

We are currently working around the clock to correct this. You may have seen a temporary lapse on all instruments, but rest assured this is now isolated to COMEX standard/mini products, the micros for Gold for example should still be loading.

In the meantime, please restart your Modem, Router, and PC to refresh the local network connection just in case it was coincidentally being caused by something locally. From there, reopen NinjaTrader and try connecting to the account again.

• If the behavior continues, you can try restarting NinjaTrader every 5-10 minutes and try connecting again until it works letting you know it has been resolved.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we investigate and resolve this unwanted behavior.
