    Error occurred during CSVM

    Hi ! please I´d like to fix about this error: Unhandled exception: an internal error occurred during CSVM method execution. I can´t set any account

    I downloaded the ninja new version update this morning before this error

    Hello mrsilv1,

    Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.
    • Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
