Crypto spot trading

Hello,

I have a question regarding spot trading in NinjaTrader. When I check the instruments tab, I notice that the BTC/EUR market is labeled as "crypto." I’m unsure if this refers to a crypto future or if it’s part of the spot market. I’m interested in spot trading on NinjaTrader because I am a C# developer, and NinjaScript uses C#. Could you provide information on whether spot markets are available on NinjaTrader and, if so, which ones?

Thank you for reaching out.

NinjaTrader 8 does support spot Forex trading.

You'll need to subscribe with a 3rd party data provider or license NinjaTrader for use with a supported Forex broker.

Thank you for your post.

Cryto trading is not currently supported on NT8.

Crypto-Futures trading is supported.


Spot Forex and Forex Futures trading is supported on NT8.

This will come down to the broker account you are using.

For NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts, you can only trade futures.

Please refer to the chart linked below for a list of the exchanges we support as well as the supported products and their margin requirements on those exchanges.
