Same platform, they do not match the closing time of the candle

Hello, I have a problem and it is that I work with 2 computers and I have ninjatrader 8 installed on both. It happens to me that when I see a 240m or 15m candle for example on a ninjatrader, the closing time does not coincide with the other platform, that is, the candle on one platform ends up closing at 11:45 p.m. and on the other platform at 0:00 a.m., could you explain to me how to repair this error? Even the candles on the opening prices do not match and the 2 platforms are set to Eastern Time USA and Canada...

Please contact our support team at support@ninjatrader[dot]com with your log and trace files using the instructions below:

• Open the 'Windows File Explorer' then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to support@ninjatrader[dot]com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
