    data still delayed after purchase

    hey,

I've been trying to trade nvidia (through tradovate) and it's said "NVDA data is delayed by 10 minutes. To get real time data, please subscribe to a CME data package"

I've then gone and subscribed to CME level 1 (through tradovate again) but data is still delayed on NVDA.

    How do I fix this?

    Hello James650,

    Thank you for the message.

The data from NinjaTrader or Tradovate would only be Futures or Index data.

If you want to see and trade Stocks or Equities, you would have to get an account with a supported provider and then subscribe to data through them and connect to the account in NinjaTrader.
    • List of supported connections and the data they provide - Data by Provider
    • Once you have the account and data, find the respective guide to set up the connection - Connection Guides

Once you connect to an Equities provider, you would be able to load in the charts and see them updating in real-time.

Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.

      Hey Clayton,

OK, I'll have to do that then.

I have to ask though, why under the delayed message for stocks does it link to your data package if you do not supply stocks? It's a little misleading don't you think?

How can I go about getting a refund?

      thanks.

        Hello James650,

        Thank you for the message.

The forum is a publicly facing location and not a good place to discuss you and your personal account or data enablements.

For further help with this, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
        • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
        • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
        • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
        • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
        • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
        • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
          • Send the email
Once you write into the Support team directly, we could help investigate this further.

Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.
