nt8 cant load playback data correctly

some times in playback mode nt8 cant upload file and only loading message appear on page.
for many times i copy db download file in db path but this time after copy paste db files again its cant load data on page and only loading message appear.
how can i fix it?

Thank you for reaching out.

The way Market Replay is designed to work, you can only download and playback 90 days of Market Replay data from the current date.

If you want to download historical data longer than 90 days, you will need to be connected to an active data provider or broker, and also use the "Historical" playback instead.

Date start 02/01/2024.
I tested this date for nazdaq many times this week and work fine.
Today it's can't load correctly.
I use historical playback mode.
Its ninja serious problem always with historical data.
Can I reset and solve this problem?
