Unable to get to my account

After I log in, I was not sent to my account dashboard but to the "getting started page."
It won't send me to my account dashboard but instead sends me to this page every time: https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode.
I can see the browser TRY to send me to my account page but struggles to do so as if the https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode page is trying to control it.

I restarted my PC and I tried Chrome, Firefox failed & Edge.

I would appreciate any support you can provide.
