How to get true black background on OLED tv Ninjatrader 8

Does anyone know how I might be able to get the background of my chart to be truly black? I'm using an LG C2 OLED tv as my monitor and the chart background which is set to black appears to have a grey tint. The boarders of the chart as well as the control center are actually black on my screen and if I click and hold the boarder like I'm going to move the chart window the whole thing turns black but as soon as I place it it goes back to a grey tint that doesn't look nearly as good. I've just noticed this exact thing after coming back to Ninja. I was sure I wouldn't find someone else with this weird error but here we are.
My TV isn't OLED though, and it's fully capable of displaying a deeper black as tested in MS paint.
Dragging the chart turns it black, but on release it returns to the grey tint exactly as you described!

Did you ever find a fix for this very strange error?

Had HDR enabled in Windows HD Color Settings.
