Charts not updating

Hi, I'm using 8.1.2.1 64-bit version.

It connects well and shows charts up until the last minute, but that's it, it doesn't update live. If I reload all historical data it goes up until the last minute but again no live action. Please help.

Please make sure you are loading the current contract month, and are connected to your data feed under the connections menu. If you haven't yet, be sure your account is subscribed to live data via the instructions in the link below:

If you are still having issues loading data please write into our support team so we may investigate further.

Hello,

The 6E does not rollover until tomorrow, so you are seeing 6E live data combined with 03-24 historical data. You will want to load the 03-24 contract until tomorrow when the contract rolls to the 06-24 expiration.

Thanks for your answer, I am under the right contract and connected live, I was missing information I didn't specify that I want to use live in simulation account, how does that work?

You will use the same data feed to trade live or sim. Please make sure you are subscribed to live data under your username.

If you are still having issues please reach out to our support team so they may investigate further as to why you are unable to receive data.
