My Account is Liquidation only for some odd reason

So my account has suddenly been switched to liquidation only mode all day today. I’ve sent multiple emails to only have gotten one email in return asking me is my email belongs to me. I responded saying it’s mine, only to get no response. I already answered that question on the website when I first created my account. Now I find out that it’s a deadline for documentation (that I already provided) I didn’t get an email about nor did I see anything about it when I logged in to my profile on their website. This customer service is so horrible I'm going into another trading day not being able to trade. All this because they want to know if the email I’m using belongs to me. Who else does it belong to when my name is on it! This is crazy.
