Inexplicable Trade Fees & Commissions on Ninjatrader Web Simulator

Hi There,
I am playing around with the web version of Ninjatrader.

I'm demo trading the MES and while looking at my Trade Performance pane, I see that one trade both ways costs USD 3,02 in trade fees & commissions.

I am on the free account.

I am trading one contract at a time.

According to your website all-in fees should be USD 0.87 one way (see below).

Is there an explanation for this, or is it an error?

Thanks for posting.


You mentioned using the web version of the platform but also brought up Trade Performance. Just to clarify, are you using the Reports -> Performance report in the Web platform, or are you logging into the Desktop platform with the same username and generating a Trade Performance report?

Of course! I am using the web version of the platform, and looking at the following (see image) when web trading platform is launched. I can click the little "+" in ht eupper left hand corner and see the following menu.
