New computer setting up Ninja, can't configure connections?

I just installed Ninja on a new computer, tried the newest version download, noticed that first login it asked me for live trading or simulated trading, Im not setup for live via ninja brokerage, so that was not an option, only way to get in was through simulated. When I get in I cannot configure connections, there are 3 there, but the configure button/link at bottom corner is just not there.

I deleted this version and went to prior version, same exact thing, I cannot configure this for my brokers and data connections, what gives?
