How to activate Order Flow+ Suite in web version?

I bought the order flow+ add-on, logged off and on again, but I have no clue how to activate that add-on.

Could you please help me NinjaTrader_Jason

Also I am wondering if you can use additional tools like MZPack for NT8 also for the web version.

To your question, if you purchased the Order Flow+ add-on through the NinjaTrader website, it is only available within the NinjaTrader Desktop application, not the Web, Compatibility between the MZPack and NinjaTrader web depends on MZPack entirely. We recommend reaching out to the vendor to see if this is possible or if there's an alternative.

To confirm and follow up on the support response:

The Order Flow+ service is only available on the desktop version. To check whether it is active, simply open the platform and click on the NinjaTrader icon on the main screen—this will indicate whether Order Flow+ is enabled.

Additionally, as far as we know, MZpack is only compatible with the desktop version of NinjaTrader. However, we recommend confirming this with the official vendor.
