How to resend 2FA mail?

I'm trying to login to my account, but was unable to receive the confirmation email. I dug through the mail server logs and it turns out NinjaTrader is using a known spam relay for their 2FA emails, so it is being blocked by spamcop.

I've added it to the whitelist, but I don't see any way to ask for a resend of the email. Am I just stuck until some unknown timeout period?
