Unable to create new user

Hi,
When I try to sign up to become a new user, after clicking the link in the "Please confirm your email" email, it re-directed me to a page that ask for my username and password (assuming to create new username and password). Information are added, clicked "Create new user", a Capchat popped up appears and asked to click images. This is where I get suck, after clicking the image, the timer will run out of time and Capchat appears again, ask to click on the corresponding image, and repeat....I cant get out of this loop to create new user. Tried on different browser also on incognito mode, nothing works.

Does the same behavior continue if you try using a different Web Browser? I'd suggest trying on Google Chrome. Then Microsoft Edge if it's still not working.

You could try right-clicking the link in the email and pasting it into an "Incognito" web browser.

Maybe try doing the steps through the email and browser on your cell phone.


If the behavior continues, please write in to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with a picture of what you are getting stuck at along with the Username you are trying to use/create.
