chart (candlesticks) shrink after adding horizontal lines...

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), plus attach a screenshot of your chart, so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

It appears having Order flow volume profile was the reason. Any specific setting would prevent that or should I open a support case as you suggested?

Please access the indicator's properties (by right clicking on the chart, selecting "Indicators" and selecting "Order Flow Volume Profile" under "Configured"), then uncheck "Auto scale", as shown below:
