    PresentationCore issue and infragistics

    two problems:
after last NT update, when I open Visual Studio, i see these new errors:

    what could be the reason?

    1) When I manually point reference to `C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\W PF` and re-open visual-studio, the "PresentationCore" issue is gone, but when I re-compile NT editor, it still shows up that error.

even in NinjaScript editor>references> I removed 4 framework dll references and added their x64 versions: https://imgsh.net/a/zK7mb1K.png
but on re-compile, those old 4 dll's are being auto-added back.

    2) about infragistics, I have tried to load the one from NT/bin folder, but still same issue shows up.

    what should I do?

    Hello ttodua,

    Thank you for your post.

As a test, please rename your NinjaTrader folder and create a fresh install folder with the steps below:
    • Close all running applications.
    • Navigate to your computer's Documents folder > Right-click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder.
    • Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
    • Navigate to C:\ > Program Files > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
    • Reboot your PC
    • Once these steps are completed, please log in to your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and download and install the latest version of the NinjaTrader Desktop App.
After the fresh install, please launch NinjaTrader and go to Control Center > New > NinjaScript Editor. Click the Visual Studio icon in the toolbar to launch Visual Studio and check for errors.
You may switch back to your original install folder at any time by closing NinjaTrader, then navigate to the Documents folder and rename the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 NEW' then change 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD' back to 'NinjaTrader 8' so that it will load your "old" folder the next time you launch the platform.

I look forward to hearing the results of this test.

        Hello tardi44,

You can ignore this warning message. (It's not an error, but a warning)

As you cannot use Visual Studio to compile NinjaScripts in NinjaTrader, this warning does not matter.
