Updated to 8.1.2.1, now my charts don't load

My OS is Windows 10 Pro. I Updated to NinjaTrader Version 8.1.2.1, now my charts don't load. Everything worked fine before update. Chart windows now open and nothing else happens. I have 2 data feeds, NT & Rithmic, both do nothing with my charts. Playback doesn't load either. I can create a new chart & that loads and works, but I want my old charts!

Any suggestions?

UPDATE:

I've wasted enough time on this!
I actually want to trade tomorrow!!
Fortunately I made a system image prior to upgrade (not the worthless microsoft kind) formatted drive C, & restored drive C image made before 8.1.2.1 upgrade.
I'm back to NT8 version 8.1.1.7 & all is well.
Maybe next NT upgrade will work!!!

Hello,

It seems there is something loading to your charts that is preventing data from fully loading or calculating. Do you see any errors in the log tab of the control center?

I can't answer your question because version 8121 no longer exists on my computer. I formatted drive C & restored the drive C that was on my computer before the upgrade including NT8 version 8117.

And so I spent this morning trading rather than troubleshooting version 8121

I guess I can try upgrade again and do battle with 8121 errors some afternoon when I'm finished trading for the day.
