Candles that formed before opening NT are missing

I am unable to see candles from the current session that have formed before opening NT
I am able to see new candles form, however.

i have the same issue after i load all my indicators

I made a new chart, reset data, downloaded historical data, etc. nothing seems to work

not i did everything, so is not us i hope they fix this soon. now i have to zoom in like a lot for me to trade

Our historical data servers experienced a brief outage and are currently missing some of the historical data from today's session.

This data will be backfilled early tomorrow morning and will then be available. I can only apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
