No symbol map for FXCM demo

Hi,

I'm trying to set up NT8 with an FXCM demo. I can connect to FXCM in NT8 and view Forex charts, but if I try to view an FX CFD chart, e.g "USDJPY CFD" I see in the NT log:

"Could not subscribe to market data because there was no symbol map defined for the instrument @USDJPY"

I see there is no FXCM entry for the symbol map for USDJPY CFD

If I delete the instrument and download instruments again via the database management section, "USDJPY CFD" is recreated, but the symbol map issue remains.

Can this be rectified or Is there a way to see the available instruments/symbols for the FXCM connection so I can manually enter the symbol maps for each CFD?

Thank you for the message.

Looking at the other instruments that do have a symbol in there, they seem to follow the convention of "XXX/XXX"

• Try entering the symbol as USD/JPY and then test if the chart loads in as expected.

If not, you could reach out to FXCM directly and double-check what the Symbol Map for the instrument would be with them and then update as needed.
