Javascript Development Guide

There are community indicator javascripts that I can install.
But I can not find any development guide for the javascript for the NT Web.
Is there an official/unofficial javascript development guide?
More specicially, I want to display texts next to the signal arrow for an indicator/strategy.

But if not, I think, you might try to check out the canvas API for dynamic drawing or look into SVG manipulation, if NT Web supports it. These technologies are often used in web development to create and manipulate graphical elements in real-time.
