Help.. Need to download NJT8 to install on laptop

Hello,
I recently had to re-install Windows 10 from scratch to my laptop. When go to install NJT8 I'm asked for an email so as to verify the new machine. I give my email address but I don't recieve the email and I can't verify the machine, and I can't download NJT8.
