after login , i was not send to my account dashboard but its getting started page.

after login , i was not send to my account dashboard but its getting started page. I have download the app and everything but when i want to get back NT website. It wont send me to my account dashboard but instead send me to this page everytime : https://account.ninjatrader.com/trading-mode .

i did only key in the account.ninjatrader.com
browser chrome failed
firefox failed.

please advice
