Graphics do not load and remain black

I have a problem when loading the graphs, when loading any temporality and any number of data the graph goes black and does not load anything.

I have been looking for a solution for a long time. It has happened to me for a few months that I installed the platform and I have not been able to operate on it.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so we may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
