Have to constantly refresh chart

i have been a live stream of another trader and for awhile its been great my chart matches. but recently my chart is not matching and has random bars. i have to reload historical or refresh the chart to get it to match. but after a few bars print it doesnt match anymore and chart does not look right. is there a fix to this?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files. Please attach the files to an email to [email protected], including “ ATTN Kimberly H” in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body, so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
