Desktop platform and web trader issues this morning, 9/1/2023

This morning my desktop NT8 is not updating data and my web trader is about 10 minutes behind on data. Are there any known issues with the data feed this morning? I've restarted my PC and router/modem with no luck. I've been trading on NT8 all week with no issues. I also have Sierra Chart on the same computer and their data feed is working fine.

The auto-renewals are still currently working and will be done by the end of the day. If you would like to get data sooner, as a workaround please resubscribe to your market data.

You can visit the link below for more information on how to do so. Note: Once you do renew your data it could take up to 30 minutes to be live on your account. Please restart the NinjaTrader Platform once the renewal is completed.

I just got the renewal successful email from NT so should I still do the above process? Why is there a delay this time around? This has never happened before.

Thank you for the message.

The auto-renewal process was a little delayed today and is still processing.

If the data is still not coming in, you could keep waiting or connect using the new "NinjaTrader" connection adapter instead.

To connect to your NinjaTrader Brokerage account, go to the Connections > configure window and create a basic 'NinjaTrader' connection using your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard username and password.

• Select the "Live" Account Type and enable 'Connect on Startup' if you want it to connect automatically.

You may also remove any existing "NinjaTrader Continuum" connections configured in this window.

• This eliminates the need for two separate usernames and passwords and should allow you to start receiving live data sooner than the NinjaTrader Continuum connection if you have resubscribed already.
