    EUREX Futures on Web Platform are not showing correct candlestick intervals

    Please see pictures for further clarification.

    This applies to all time periods for the EUREX as of August 10, 2023 8:10pm.
    This seems to only be happening on EUREX charts.

    I can visualize EUREX candlestick charts in normal 15 minute intervals (0300, 0315, 0330, 0345), up until August 10, 2023, 0345pm, THEN the chart starts showing in odd intervals (0810, 0825, 0840, 0855).
    *the chart shows the correct interval, and then switches to the odd interval (all same chart, so I know this isn't a time sync issue)
    *additionally, NinjaTrader desktop shows the correct time intervals

    I discovered this when I started to trade the DAX this morning (0300 EST, aug 14). I noticed that my free EUREX data trial had ended, so I purchased the data subscription from NinjaTrader.
    After purchasing the data, the charts started visualizing the correct data for about 5 minutes before reverting back to the odd time period intervals​.

    I hope all of that made sense. I assume other individuals are having this same issue currently, so I will be on standby for any updates and/or clarifications.

          I have forwarded the information to our developers however I have not received any updates as of yet of the issue being resolved. Once I receive confirmation the issue has been resolved I will update this thread.
