    Password reset failed

    I have reset my password two times and am still unable to connect to My Ninjarader Continuum. Error: Invalid user or password.

    Thank you very much for your message.

    With NinjaTrader 8.1, please use the "NinjaTrader", not the "NinjaTrader Continuum" connection type.

    The "NinjaTrader" connection uses the same credentials as the NinjaTrader Dashboard, and would also support our new features, such as server-side ATM strategies and Trade Performance reports, whereas the NinjaTrader Continuum connection requires its own username and password.

    If you no longer have access to these credentials, you may also recover and reset them at the following address:
