Can't change my username

Hello. I would like to change my username in my trading platform but i can't. i used the suggestion made by the chat bot but i can't log in into my Account Dashboard. When i log in i put my username and password and then this page pops up
Im using ninjatrader with apex propfirm.

Yes i tried and it shows me this. I tried to import again the license key but no luck and other options are the same.
