Need create an alert using indicator Price Oscilator or its similar PPO

I need create an alert using Price Oscilator or PPO.
Condition = when Price Oscilator touches "ZERO LINE"

I've tried but not able to create alarm.

Anybody could help me?

I think you didn't understand my question: I know how to create an alert. What I meant is that with these 2 indicators (Price Oscilator and PPO) is not possible to create an alert when it "touches" zero line.

If you know how to do that, please show me! Send me print screens, samples.
First thing: you must TRY to do that before answer my doubt !
