Complete delete of Ninjatrader 8 after computer crash
For some reason my computer crashed at the beginning of trade session. After finally being able to get the computer back up and running in repair mode, I tried to reload my strategies and charts to begin trading again. Unfortunately when I went to Tools and ninjascript add-ons it came back with the dreaded error message informing me I could not import any add-ons until I fixed the corrupted indicator files and recompile.After many hours of trying to get My Rithmic connection back up which I could not. I had to reinstall a earlier version of Ninjatrader so I could put my Apex License key into Ninjatrader. Solved all problems with connectivity, reloaded all my strategies and indicators redid my trading charts and I thought I was finished. I have a lifetime license and I use the orderflow suite but I am unable to use now because I put the apex license key into where the Lifetime ninjatrader license would go. I need to know if I put my ninjatrader license key back in will it still recognize my Apex Rythmic accounts or will I screw things up even more. Please advise on a course of action. I also tried to trade today after thinking I had fixed things with my futures analytical autotrader but no trades came up all afternoon which never happens. Wondering if this has to do with Lifetime License. Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.

If you have a lifetime license key and you are on an older version, then the Rithmic connection should be available to you if you enter that license key in Ninjatrader. This will unlock all of your features in Ninjatrader that the APEX key may not have associated with it... Good luck...

Thank you for your post.
You should be able to use your Lifetime license key to unlock Order Flow+ features and still have access to your Apex accounts if it's enabled to use with NinjaTrader Brokerage.
Please email us right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support) and attach your log, trace files, so we may look into what occurred. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files.
