Community Chart Indicators not loading

Hello, I'm trying to view the community chart indicators but they are failing to load. All I get is a blank screen. What can I do?

You are using a web version of the NinjaTarder platform, right?
If yes, please try clearing browser cache.

• Chrome
  • Select the Chrome Menu button (three horizontal lines in the top right of the browser)
  • Select Tools, then Clear Browsing Data
  • Select all check boxes and confirm the browser clear
  • Re-login to the web platform
• Firefox
  • Select the Firefox menu in the upper left-hand side of the browser window
  • Select Options, then in the Advanced panel, select Network
  • Under Cached Web Content, choose Clear Now
  • Re-login to the web platform
