Connection lost to the NinjaTrader Historical Data Server

Hello,

I, along with some others are having trouble getting our charts to load historical data. When checking the log we received messages like the following:

"Connection lost to the NinjaTrader Historical Data Server: hds-us-nt-010.ninjatrader.com"

I have tried updating NinjaTrader to the latest version, uninstalling/reinstalling, and restarted my pc as well as my internet router. But all with no success.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We had previously been experiencing an outage to our Historical Data Servers, which we have since resolved. Please restart your system to successfully reconnect to a historical data server.

With that said, please note that we are currently backfilling the missing historical data from 6/8/2023. We expect this data to be restored by the open tomorrow.

It looks like index futures and forex futures are restored but still waiting for treasuries to fill in, e.g. UB, ZB, ZN

You guys charge us $1500 for a lifetime license. Why not invest some of that in redundant servers so you can start running a credible operation?

Are there any plans to backfill the treasury data tonight, or are we SOL?
