My Charts Will Not Populate

My charts just show loading but never load up. Have closed down and tried different feeds and same result.

Just saw later posts seems servers are down.

I have the same problem since 2 hours, charts are loading but never load up.
I contactes the support but got no response.
It is a bottomless insolence how they deal with their customers!

Hello,

We had previously been experiencing an outage to our Historical Data Servers, which we have since resolved. Please restart your system to successfully reconnect to a historical data server.

With that said, please note that we are currently backfilling the missing historical data from 6/8/2023. We expect this data to be restored by the open tomorrow.

This post was for a specific server event that was resolved already, if you are having difficulty with data I would suggest emailing support[at]ninjatrader.com for further assistance.
