historical Tick chart data availability?

What would be the range of the availability of the tick chart for future indexes?
eg I am using nasdaq or NQ, I wondering what would be the way to have the maximum tick chart data in past for tick size of 1000, at the time I am seeing the data till April 14 2023, is there a way to see more behind?

Noob here, at the moment I am having only this data, should I have another data feed, can you please let me know what is the data feed that has the most coverage for historical tick data for the future indexes?
Can you please let me know where is the data seriese property?

The NinjaTrader feed should be fine for this purpose. NinjaTrader provides, I believe, 1 year of historical tick data.

Thanks for the link, I think the issue might be that those historical data are not able to be provided on the web platform?
How can we request to consider that for future developments?

NinjaTrader Support will respond as soon as they are available and they can clarify how much historical data is available for the Web platform. I apologize as I did not catch at first that this was about the Web platform rather than the Desktop platform. I see your screenshot is indeed of the Web platform not the Desktop one. This inquiry is posted in the forum for NinjaTrader Desktop (which is the Windows-based platform) but support can move it to the right forum if appropriate.

We currently offer the following data for the web platform:

Tick and Tick-based charts (including Bid-Ask Volume) - 2 weeks

Minute-based charts - Back to a historical date of 1/1/2017

Day-based charts - Back to a historical date of 1/1/2017

Would be great and very useful if the request can be submitted and actually take into action so that the web platform can become to parity with the Desktop platform for the tick chart. I know a lot of people including myself and really enjoying the web platform and care a lot about the tick chart, and if we have the historical tick chart on the web that is very appreciated.
