    Updated to 8.1 and cannot import license key

    Hi, I am receiving an FCM error when trying to login. Screenshot attached.

    I have imported my license key here but I cannot access the NT dashboard as when I try to enter my info to "start live trading" - there isn't an option for Canada in the home address section.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please write in to Support[AT]ninjatrader.com with a brief description of your inquiry, who your broker is, and what type of instruments you are wanting to trade so that we may assist you further.

    Also, include your Log and trace files with your email by following the steps below.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to Support[AT]ninjatrader.com.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
