I can't sign up on NinjaTrader website

I'm trying to sign up on NinjaTrader website. I enter my email, or use "Sign up with Google" to fill the registration form. But when I click a blue "Sign up" button, nothing happens.

Please, tell me how to sign up.

Sorry you are having difficulties. Can you try in Incognito mode and see if that resolves your issue?

I had some caveats with an older browser and from an app browser..

incognito is good - but social needs a password

Other way:
you can also try ctrl + f5 to clear the browser cache cookie for that web page etc

These latest versions worked just fine off a windows 10 and win 11 for me:
Chrome
Edge

mac and safari should be fine

could be your browser etc...?
