Web app - no sim account

Hi,

I already have a funded account and a sim account using windows ninjatrader on my computer.
Now I wanted to test drive the Web App so I choose:


BUT, I cannot place trades in the simulation account
I also notice that there is no sim account to be selected. (works on my live account but not on the sim account)


What is wrong here on the new Web App ?

Hi,

Can you go back to the Dashboard, click on the top right person avatar > Settings > Accounts, underneath there you should find a "Add Trading Account" button, can you see if that will help you create a simulation/demo account?

Tried two times using support though email, but you read the question perfectly and I solved my problem straight away.!! Thank you very much!
It's been a while, check my join date and maybe you remember me from the early days

Hi Ray can you specify where to do that?
Top Right Avatar? top right i got settings cant see any Avatar etc

is this because i already had a 14 day sim way back so no demo/sim account etc
or the live waiting $$$ ?


i can add the account module view there are none listed etc
